At ChreateDesign, we offer digital design services and custom logo creations. Due to the nature of our products, our refund and return policy is as follows:
1. Digital Products
- All sales for digital files, logo packages, and graphic designs are final.
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for completed and delivered designs.
2. Custom Design Work
- If you are not satisfied with the initial draft, we offer revisions according to the package purchased.
- Refunds may be issued only before work begins on your order. Once we start designing, refunds are not possible.
3. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if no work has started.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Files
- If you receive a file with technical issues (e.g., corrupted, incomplete), we will send a corrected version at no additional charge.
