- Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
- Design work begins once the order details and required materials are received.
3. Revisions
- Revisions are included as per the selected package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
4. Intellectual Property
- Full rights to the final approved design are transferred to the client upon final payment.
- ChreateDesign retains the right to display completed works in our portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Our Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all transactions.
6. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information for your order.
- You must not use our designs for unlawful or defamatory purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from delays, technical issues, or misuse of our designs.
